Welcome to White Lotus Homestay (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking or staying with us, you (“guest,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Payments can be made via the methods specified on our booking page or confirmed by email.
No booking will be considered valid until payment is received in full.
All bookings are non-refundable.
Once payment is made, cancellations, amendments, or no-shows will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.
Guests are advised to carefully review their travel plans before confirming a booking.
Check-in time: 13:00
Check-out time: 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Guests must carry a valid government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License, etc.) for verification at check-in.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Homestay shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
Guests must respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any damage caused will be charged to the guest.
Smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be provided.
Consumption of illegal substances is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay.
Delays, cancellations, or changes in travel plans due to weather, transportation, or other external factors.

White Lotus Homestay shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, pandemics, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Guest information (such as name, contact details, ID proof) will only be used for booking and legal compliance purposes.
We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dibrugarh, Assam.
